Main speakers
Pastor Don Barry’s ministry was well received last year and he is excited about returning this year.
Pastor Glennise Gwyn is the first lady ministry we have had as a main speaker. She has had long years of Christian Ministry. Above all she carries a powerful anointing of the Holy Spirit. Her ministry at CRF’s ladies event last November made huge impact.
Pastor Cleopas Lucas spoke last year. In Tanzania he overseas many local churches. He loves being with us and he will have the privilege of closing the Convention series.
It is understood that some pastors and delegates will need to return to their churches for Sunday services. Some may elect to use the time for personal R&M and up-skilling. Overall more people will attend the Convention series with the Sunday added in.
Registration is free
Offerings will be received on Thursday and Friday evenings. Sunday offerings will be as usual.
Billets
If leaders and delegates attending the Convention need billets, please contact CRF Central in good time so these can be arranged. It is usual for those being billeted to give a koha to your host before leaving.
For those preferring motel accommodation, there are many motels in Whangarei City. Restaurants and fast food outlets are numerous!
Who should attend
As this is ACMNZ’s annual convention, it is different to other special events. It is the time when ACMNZ’s family of leaders and churches make a point of being there to strengthen our relationships, catch up with news and fellowship, and receive R&M if needed of buildup and upskill.
The electives are well supported each year. The Maori elective has been placed on Saturday to assist our Auckland associates to be there.
Our speakers and moderators carry great diversity of experience and gifting and are 10 in total.
Leaders of local churches are encouraged to bring as many as possible from their local church. Anyone in any level of leadership will benefit. This is not a pastor’s-only convention! Youth leaders will gain a lot and get a taste for the bigger picture.
CRF Central as the host church will serve all attending to the best of their ability.
Until Convention time, God’s best,
Graham Cruickshank
National Overseer, ACMNZ
Senior Pastor, CRF Central
